Manarat Living is an upscale residential development by Aldar Properties in the Cultural District of Saadiyat Island. The first phase of the complex will feature a total of 273 units, namely studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments with living areas ranging between 323 sq. ft and 1,593 sq. ft. Select two-bedroom residences will also have a maid’s room, whilst each property, except for some studios, will come with a private balcony. There will be two design schemes options for interior finishings called dark and light, which will allow you to customise your living spaces more to your own style.

The second phase of the project is being launched in Q1 2024 and will consist of studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms, ranging from 355 sq. ft to 2,303 sq. ft. A separate maid’s room is provided in all three-bedroom residences and selected two-bedroom apartments. There wil be a total of 232 units with a variety of layouts within the complex.

The third phase of the development, Manarat Living III, was unveiled in January 2025. This phase introduces 400 residences, comprising studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments. Select units offer enhanced convenience with features such as an office, laundry, and a staff room with an en-suite bathroom. Many residences also boast spacious balconies with seating areas, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

 

Residents of the development will be able to enjoy amazing seascapes and stunning views of Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island, renowned museums, and Manarat Al Saadiyat. Designed in line with the Estidama Pearl 2 standards, the residential complex will have improved energy performance, including reduced internal water consumption and the use of recycled materials.

As its name suggests, Manarat Living will be located right next door to the Manarat Al Saadiyat art gallery. The complex is within easy reach of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, which is one of the emirate’s key travel arteries. Travel time to Abu Dhabi International Airport and Yas Island will not exceed half an hour.
