Sama Yas is a complex by Aldar Properties that consists of three 9-storey buildings and features its own private green park. It is located in the northeast part of the vibrant and dynamic Yas Island. The unique architectural design gives the impression that you are looking at Egyptian pyramids enveloped in palm trees rather than residential buildings. At the end of April 2024, the newest phase of the project was announced – construction of the second building will commence.

Sama Yas features a collection of 2-3 bedroom apartments, some of which include garden access, and 2-3 bedroom duplexes. The interior design is being done in the style of old money with a contrasting colour scheme from milk white to coffee brown. Expensive marble with a refined pattern, natural wood and natural stone were chosen for decoration.
