Solea is the sole residential building in the Saadiyat Lagoons neighborhood on Saadiyat Island, developed by Taraf.

The complex features four low-rise buildings that offer 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, designed with warm interiors inspired by sunset hues. Residents can enjoy stunning views of Abu Dhabi’s skyline and tranquil surroundings.

As of Q1 2025, the starting price for a 1-bedroom apartment is AED 1.75M (USD 476K). The developer provides two payment plan options: 40/60 or 60/40.
