Sama Yas is the first residential community on Yas Island that brings you closer to nature in the heart of one of Abu Dhabi’s most vibrant destinations. In April 2024, the developer launched the second phase of the project, marking the start of construction on the second building.

The architectural design and interiors are a collaboration with the acclaimed firms Woods Bagot and Mustard & Linen. Kitchens feature refined finishes inspired by renowned chef Izu Ani, while high-end materials such as marble, natural wood, and stone highlight the project’s premium character.
