Yas Island captured the largest share of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market in Q1, with a total of AED 3.6 billion across 1219 properties.
The island accounted for around 25% of the apartments, villas, and townhouses listed for sale in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and property management companies.

In addition, there are two projects by Burtville Developments: Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 with 216 residential units, and Bab Al Qasr Residence 31, which includes 266 residential units.
The list of projects also includes The Bay Residence 2 by Baraka Real Estate Development, offering 139 residential units; Vista Del Mar by Esnad Management with 90 units; The Icon Tower by Advanced Properties Limited with 300 units; Elina Bay by Century 7 Real Estate with 507 units; and Opula Residences by DHB Holding, providing 192 residential units.
And let’s not forget the luxury-branded Waldorf Astoria by Aldar Properties in partnership with Hilton, which includes 133 residential units. The entire development was sold out immediately upon launch, with a total value of AED 850 million.
