About Mubadala
Mubadala Investment Company was formed in 2017 by merging Mubadala Development Company with the International Petroleum Investment Company, and took in the Abu Dhabi Investment Council the following year. It invests across more than 50 countries, from aerospace and healthcare to technology and utilities.
Its real estate and infrastructure business is behind Al Maryah Island, the 114-hectare business district that holds Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, the Al Sila and Al Sarab towers, and residences such as Al Maryah Vista and the Four Seasons Private Residences. It also delivered the Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi campus.
